AAUW Gaithersburg Scholarship

Supports students of all backgrounds who:

  1. Are committed to increasing the representation of women in the workforce
  2. Are supportive of the goal of improving equity in education and employment for women
  3. Are residents of Montgomery County
  4. Completed high school (not restricted to MCPS) while living here and may include GED; and
  5. Are working towards a degree in Math, Engineering, Physical Sciences (including Fire Science), Computer Science (including Network Engineering, Systems Security, and Web Careers), Technology (including, Biotechnology, Auto Technology, Architectural and Construction Technology, and Building Trades)
  6. Attend the Rockville and/or Germantown campuses
