BSAP Scholarship

Will support students who:
1. Live in Montgomery County, MD
2. Receive housing assistance from:
– Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC), or
– Scotland Community or
– From housing owned or managed by Rockville Housing Enterprises, or
– Edgewood Management or
– Forest Park Apartments. or
– Other students, who can prove they have a Section 8 or Public Housing rental subsidy, are also eligible.
3. Students that are classified as “Dreamers” under the Maryland Dream Act, are eligible
4. Have financial need as verified by the Montgomery College’s Financial Aid department.
5. Are students taking credit or non-credit classes.
6. Maintain a GPA of 2.0 or better.
