Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce Scholarship

Preference(s) The Gaithersburg -Germantown Chamber of Commerce is providing a $10,000 scholarship gift. Two scholarships ($5,000 each) will be awarded in a given academic year. There are several preferred criteria for the recipient of these scholarships.
-It is preferred that the student be a second year student at Montgomery College (or have completed the equivalent of one academic year)
- It is preferred that the scholarship be awarded to a student studying either engineering or computer science and technologies.
- It is preferred that the student(s) would show a combination of academic achievement, community service, other involvement in the college or community.
- It is preferred that the student have at least a 3.0 grade point average and has other involvement in community service or college activities.
