Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to:
1. Minimum GPA of 2.8 or better;
2. Matriculating in the ART Department and/or the Communications and Broadcast Technologies Department;
3. Demonstrated financial need;
4. ACES student preferred;
5. Preference to male students who are Latino or African American
