Helen C. Walker and John C. Walker III Memorial Scholarship
Supports, in Priority Order:
1. Staff members at the Treatment Centers for Disabled Children and Adults for continuing education.
2. Handicapped residents of Montgomery County who enroll in the construction trades program of the Gudelsky Institute of Technology.
3. Handicapped Montgomery County residents at Montgomery College.
4. If none of the above conditions can be met, the College will select a student on the basis of financial need and merit.
